Event Toolkit

Event Toolkit

The Event Toolkit is designed to guide you through the process of planing and organising an event.  The toolkit can be used as a guide for most indoor and outdoor events and is aimed primarily at those wishing to use Newry, Mourne and Down District Council (NMDDC) facilities or amenity sites.  Please note that the Events Toolkit is for guidance only, if you are unsure about anything please seek further assistance from a qualified person within NMDDC and seek your own legal guidance.

There is also guidance on how you can work with the Ring of Gullion Landscape Partnership for the Lúnasa Festival; a month long heritage festival run during August each year.

If you would like to promote your event through the Ring of Gullion events page, please download and complete the relevant form below.  Please note that deadlines for written publications will apply for the Lúnasa and Winter Solstice Festivals.
