The Eden Project Virtual Community Camp is Open for Applications

The Eden Project Virtual Community Camp is open for applications. Community Camps are normally residential experiences held at the Eden Project in Cornwall, but like many things, they will be a little different this year. October will see the start of their very first Virtual Community Camp – an immersive learning experience offering a mix of practical activities, workshop sessions and networking opportunities for people from across the UK.

It will be held over 6 weeks in October and November – four hours per week, and it should be really interactive, interesting, useful and help you meet loads of inspiring community people from all across the UK.
It is open to everyone and free of charge, thanks to National Lottery Community funding.
You can apply here.

They hope it will be a really brilliant experience for everyone involved and lead to in-person meetups in the future. There are 12 places for people from Northern Ireland.

Community Camps and Virtual Community Camps are specifically for the benefit of community members, and unfortunately they are unable to allocate funded places to paid professionals, or people who are paid for a community post.

Please share this widely, especially with anyone interested in or involved in community action.
