A swift tower has been built at Derrymore Estate by the Ring of Gullion Landscape Partnership to aid swift conservation in the area. Swift populations have been declining steadily over the last 25 years and we hope to turn this around by providing suitable ready made nest sites.

Slieve Gullion Cairn needs your help! The ancient cairn on the summit of Slieve Gullion is in need of repairs as a result of the accidental damage caused by the thousands of visitors to the site each year. The Ring of Gullion Landscape Partnership, part funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF), is appealing for volunteers to help with the restoration of the Passage Tomb on the summit of Slieve Gullion on Saturday 16th May.
