Monks to Lead Healing Rituals in the Ring of Gullion- Medicine Buddha

The Monks Peme Ts’al Sakya Monastery, Nepal, come to Lislea on the 10th-19th September to lead in a week of healing rituals and Buddhist teaching- Medicine Buddha.

This ten day event will be run by the Monks Peme Ts’al Sakya Monastery, Nepal will all donations going to the Nepal Earthquake Relief Fund. Having spent time in Nepal, Pat McParland, co-ordinator of the event, saw the devastating effects the earthquake caused and he also experienced the fantastic work of the Monks Peme Ts’al Sakya Monastery.

He said “What they have achieved through spiritual beliefs and teaching is of hugh support to the region. Fundraising efforts are key to support such organisations and I am delighted they have chosen to share their teaching programme with us.”
