Facilitated by Oonagh Campbell of Art ~ Well-Being for ALL.
What is Vedic Art?
Vedic Art was founded in Sweden by artist Curt Källman (1938-2010). It supports equality between students and teachers. It is open to everyone. No previous art experience is required.
The heart of Vedic Art holds the 17 Principles.
Curt Källman learned the names of the Principles from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in 1974.
In 1988 he started to share these teachings in Scandinavia. www.vedicart.com.
The Foundation Course introduces the 17 Principles, exercises and Vedic Art approach.
The art exercises used originate from modern art education. Through Vedic Art the exercises are transformed to focus on our life and on the art process and not on final results and achievements.
