South Armagh Cooks it Up

This FREE ONLINE course is for anyone who wants to learn more about ways to provide nutritious food to their children especially during early development years, including the following:-

Cooking skills, budget food shopping, food/health & nutrition, time management, food tasting and food to take home, reducing food waste, safe use of leftovers, fussy eaters, affordable alternatives to takeaways, Meals with less fat, sugar, salt, growing your own food .
This course can be followed up with a:-
6 week Grow, Cook, Eat Programme for parents/carers along with your children, here at An Tobar after Lockdown with Catch Up & Share events in our Community Cafe.
A unique recipe book will be created/compiled/designed by all those involved in the project. Funded by Community Foundation for Northern Ireland & Comic Relief.
