Recreational Art Class

Recreational Art Class

Drawing from observation, memory, imagination, sketchbook material or photographs, this six-week course will explore a broad range of techniques and materials such as charcoals, pastels, water based media and oil paints. You will be introduced to colour theory and practice with projects and exercises running in conjunction with individual study projects and advisory sessions. This course is designed for a wide range of students, from beginners to artists who are more experienced.

Requirements: Students should be prepared for the class, they should bring a selection of brushes and media they would like to work in. Some materials will be provided.

Cost: £20

This course is funded by the Department for Communities (DFC) as part of the Crossmaglen Areas at Risk Community Training Programme, therefore priority will be given to residents of the Crossmaglen area.

Places are limited, therefore completed registration forms must be returned by 12 noon on Wednesday 15th January 2020. Once your place has been confirmed, payment must be received to secure your place on the course.
