Thanks to funding from Community Foundation for Northern Ireland and New Needs Fund, join Geraldine McAleenan for this programme where she be removing you all from the current COVID-19 pandemic by giving you self-care strategies to uplift your mind and body.
These self-care strategies will include:-
Mood lifting movements that will leave you feeling energised and will release plenty of feel-good hormones dopamine & serotonin.
Each week, the focus will be on a different movement session these will include fat burn ,strength, flexibility and meditation. Putting them all together over the eight weeks we will improve physical and mental health.
We will delve into good mood food for optimum health and vitality and will explore holistic health by touching on herbal teas and essential oils and finally we will include some meditation each week to calm and accept who we are and be grateful for being us.
