Local Ambassador and meditation and mindfulness facilitator, Ann Ward, will guide this leisurely and mindful walk. She will share stories about the biodiversity and the historical sites including Bell’s Castle, Clonlum Burial chamber, Killeavy Old Churches and St Moninna’s Well.
