‘Oriel’ – An exhibition of contemporary art and craft

ROGHA’s 4th annual exhibition

ROGHA (Ring of Gullion Handcrafts and Art) are a group of artists and craftspeople living in the Ring of Gullion / South Armagh area. The group formed in January 2013 and have gone from strength to strength, taking part in community arts events, exhibitions, pop-up shops and much more.

ROGHA’s annual summer exhibition, workshops and bus tour is becoming a staple of the Lúnasa Festival. The artists taking part in the exhibition will include Padraig Carragher, Mary Cowan, Richard Kelly, Gerard Loughran, Daine McKevitt, Caóilfíonn Murphy O’Hanlon, Tracey McVerry and Marie Murphy. The exhibition will showcase a diverse range of work including painting, mixed media, glass, textiles, ceramics, wood and metal.

The Official Opening will be on Friday 4th August at 7.30pm in Tí Chulainn.  This event, with a wine reception, is open to all; the exhibition will then run until 31st August.
