Enjoy an historical journey back through time on a guided walk with Venora, an Ambassador for Ring of Gullion, visiting the ancient sacred sites of Kilnasaggart and Faughart graveyard. During your walk you will learn about the historical importance of this area in the 1600s and its impact on present day history.
The walk begins at Faughart graveyard and will take you along roads with some grassland sections. The walk is roughly 4 miles long and mostly downhill. It will take around 2-2.5 hours, finishing in Jonesborough. As this is a linear walk return transport will be provided for DRIVERS only. When booking your tickets please put ‘(D)’ after the name of the driver.
