Branching Out

Branching Out

Be like a tree

“Stay grounded.

Connect with your roots.

Turn over a new leaf.

Bend before you break.

Enjoy your unique natural beauty

Keep Growing” Joanne Raptis

‘Branching Out’ is an opportunity to be inspired by the wonder of trees. It includes engaging in gentle stretches, appreciating music compositions that capture the wisdom of various tree species, and seeing/drawing as meditation and storytelling.

Branching out is an opportunity to renew your energy, your strength and live in harmony with natural life cycles.

No previous experience in any of the above is necessary.
