A Journey Through Fire and Ice

A bus tour to uncover our violent volcanic past and the impact of vast ice sheets in Mourne Gullion Strangford Aspiring UNESCO Geopark.

Our guide will explain our internationally important geology and how it has shaped the lives of people here for generations. The route will start at Bagenal’s castle and cover the Ring of Gullion and the Mournes landscape and heritage sites.
